Rating: 5/5 Review: I’m living at Tri City RV Park with my dog, and the management team is outstanding—friendly, responsive, and proactive. Clean facilities, reliable utilities, and a quiet, safe environment make it a pleasure to call this place home. Clear communication and pet-friendly amenities are especially appreciated. Simply amazing experience going through the application process. Albert goes above and beyond to help. Always responsive to questions and concerns. The grounds are clean and well maintained.  Complete professionalism. Albert Even took the time on his day off to help me through the process and get my unit connected properly. I could go on and on with praise for Tri City RV park. Tri-City R V Park is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful with great amenities . But the management is what really makes it stand out. Albert is incredibly responsive—even when things get a little 'complicated.' Since the maintenance guy left, I was worried about who I'd be calling in the middle of the night if something went wrong, but Albert’s 'can-do' attitude put all my fears to rest. It is a rare and compelling luxury to feel so genuinely desired as a tenant. After our interview, I knew I wanted to be ‘locked in’ at Tri City R.V Park with his specific level of expertise. The trailer park is cozy and the folks here are good neighbors. It's in walking distance to four small stores, Dollar general in particular. Grocery outlet and Dollar tree are a 5 minute ride to get to. We have a gas station across the street. We have a True Value across the street.  Also right down the street is a RV repair and sales shop. The park has all this within walking or a 2-5 minute drive. The park has showers, laundry mat,  dog park and the park is well managed. Beautiful park, easy access on and off the freeway. Close by the casino and a lot of beautiful sites to see in the area. Close by shopping with amenities on site. If you’re looking for a relaxing place, definitely recommend checking it out!
