Rates & FAQ
Monthly Rates
Rates are based upon 2 occupants, 1 dwelling, 1 vehicle and 1 pet for a minimum of 120 days. Additional charges for extra occupants, vehicles, pets and late/early arrivals or departures may apply. All RVs must be manufactured in 2011 or newer. If you have a vintage or older model, please send pictures of all sides to tricity@montechristomh.com so we may review for approval.
Monthly: $495 plus utilities

Payments
We accept Money orders or Checks.
Deposits
There are no refunds. Reservations require a $495 deposit and application approval. Deposits are applied to the total amount due after departure.
Cancellation or Changes
RV Sites: 48 hours cancellation notice is required. Please notify our team by email or phone by 4 p.m., two days before your scheduled arrival. A $10 reservation cancellation fee can be waived by calling (541) 860-5000 to cancel more than 48 hours in advance.
Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
Holidays and special events may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with our team for details.
Early Departures
There are no refunds for early departures. Credits or modifications to the account balance are based on the actual length of stay. The bill will be recalculated if the departure date change results in a regressive rate change.
Staff Availability
We can be reached at (541) 860-5000 weekdays between the hours of 9am-12pm and 2pm-5pm PST and will respond to your phone call, email to tricity@montechristomh.com or website reservation request as soon as possible.

We offer Full Hook-Ups at all Sites. Plus, Free Cable-TV and WIFI.
