Monthly Rates
Rates are based up to 4 occupants, 1 dwelling, 1 vehicle and 2 pets for a minimum of 1 month depending upon availability. Additional charges for extra occupants, vehicles, pets and late/early arrivals or departures may apply. All RVs must be in excellent condition, please provide photos of all 4 sides to our email address.

Monthly: $550 plus utilities

We accept Online bill pay, Money orders or Checks.

Reservations require a $550 deposit and application approval. Deposits are fully refundable with 30-days written notice and payment of closing/move out charges.

Cancellation or Changes
RV Sites: 48 hours cancellation notice is required. Please notify our team by email or phone by 4 p.m., two days before your scheduled arrival.

Holidays and special events may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with our team for details.

Early Departures
Closing/move out charges are prorated with 30-days written notice. Credit​s or modifications to the account balance are based on the actual length of stay. The bill ​will be recalculated if the departure ​date change results in a regressive rate change.

Staff Availability
We can be reached at (541) 860-5000 weekdays between the hours of 9am-12pm and 2pm-5pm PST and will respond to your phone call, email to tricity@montechristomh.com or website reservation request as soon as possible.
